How are your maps made?
We use a mix of satellite derived datasets to provide unique, artistic representations of our earth’s surface. Our maps are 2D prints created using the highest quality data available. The realistic shading on our maps creates the illusion of 3D art that is sure to provide an eye catching addition to any wall.

How long until I get my map?
Each product is printed on demand and is generally received within 14 days depending on shipping region.

What is your return policy?
If you are not happy with the print for any reason, you can ship the undamaged product back to us within 14 days of receiving your item for a full refund (excluding the cost of shipping). No questions asked. Upon receipt of the undamaged, returned merchandise, we will process your refund and the balance will be returned through your original payment method. Unfortunately, we do not accept returns on any of our standout mounted, framed or metal prints because they are custom made to order.

What if my order is lost or damaged during shipping?
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is damaged, or if you received the wrong item. In the rare case your map arrived damaged please reach out to us. Be sure to send photographs of the full print, the damage, and the packing slip/tracking ID. We will evaluate the issue and work to make it right. 

Do you design custom maps?
Yes! We are just beginning to develop our catalog and are actively working on adding more maps. We are able to design maps of almost anywhere in the world. Please email your requests for more information.

Are these maps individually signed
Our maps our individually printed and include a digital signature. They are not individually signed.

Can you do custom sizing or mounting?
Yes! Currently we can generally print up to 40” x 40” and have many additional mounting options. Please email your requests for more information.
